The turn around time is four weeks, at max but typically less.

Returns are only accepted if work arrives damaged.  Please make contact within 1 week of delivery if this happens.  Please don’t throw the piece or box away until it has been resolved.

$10 flat rate shipping on all individual cup orders within in the US, additional cups in the same order are an $5 extra.  

Extra/replacement lid and sleeve shipping is $4 (free if purchased with a cup) 

Local pickup available in Floyd, VA.

Most packages will ship USPS or UPS.
